 The Mix Studio - Dallas engineers have been recording hip hop artists, bands, musicians, voice over talent, producers, and sound effects for over 18 years. They have the skills, tips, and tricks to ensure your recording is of the highest quality. Audio production has for the most part gone all digital. The staff of The Mix Studio - Dallas believes digital is great for certain tasks, but not all. We believe that a combination of both worlds, analog and digital, is the "New Standard." Our engineers use an analog front end, tube mic preamps and analog console, tied to a full blown (not LE) ProTools digital recording system to achieve recorded excellence. In our humble opinion, nothing beats the sound of analog gear tied to the best recording software/hardware in the world. At The Mix Studio - Dallas we actually care about what is being recorded. Our Engineers will take the time to ensure the best microphone for the voice or instrument is used... not the one that was used on the last night's project because it's already set-up. You have heard the saying "Fix it in the Mix." We do not believe in that at the Mix Studio - Dallas. We take the time, effort, and care to ensure your sound gets recorded the way it is supposed to sound from the start.
